"This story was a major wound in the Gameverse... We can only hope that one day people forget it ever happened."

Monty's Galactic Days was a story made by Gamewizard2008 and the prequel to his famous Operation: GALACSIA. The story tells of Numbuh Zero's adventures in GKND, which contains the same basic plot, but with new partners, Wisps, and worlds. However, the so-called "exciting prequel" did not live up to the expectations anticipated by the author, due to not-as-impressive partners, bad character development, and not-so interesting bosses.

Eventually, Gamewizard deemed the story "damaged beyond repair" and deleted it altogether.

Summary[]

One morning in the Uno household, Monty told his wife and children about his adventures in GKND, as well as everyone else who walked in unannounced. In his story, he had to journey through the many different planets to find the Seven Star Pieces and repair the Star Rod, just like Nigel. At the same time, his friends on Earth missed him greatly and vice versa. However, Dimentia would not let Monty go. Whenever Monty finished a world and went to sleep, he had a vision given by the Nightmare King of Dimentia'a past. And as time went by, a large glob of darkness expanded in a capsule inside GKND HQ tried to break itself free.

It was revealed near the end that that dark glob was the Nega Mother Wisp, which Monty had to fight to save GKND. When the battle was over, the beast was subdued and Monty saw his last vision of his leader's past, revealing her evil plan. Monty engaged Dimentia in a short-lived battle, which resulted in him being blown into space, then rescued by Time Spirit, Olive Pioji. But during the battle, Dimentia and Monty made opposing wishes to Jirachi, saying who's bad and who's not, which ended up with Jirachi scattering the Star Pieces once again. When Monty was gone, Dimentia ordered her operatives to forget all events relating to Monty.

Reception[]

Monty's Galactic Days received mixed to negative reviews, becoming the worst story in Gamewizard's original series. The story was marked for its poorly-typed chapters, the characters' weak personality, and being too repetitive at some points. People believe that, as GALACSIA's prequel, MGD puts the first great story to shame.
