The Gloomiest Circus
The Grand Bigtop is the 10th stage, and 2nd dungeon, in Operation: MASKED. It is a massive circus tent that was built before the rest of Carnivilia, by Booster's ancestor as a home for Sackboy. After defeating Booster, Cheren was entrusted the Carnival's Opening Parade song, which allowed him and Celeste into the Bigtop.
